The goals will be:

- to train new youth workers/artists who will be able to deal with international projects as youth exchanges;
- to write down, at the end of the week, a document which will summarize the content of the training. The participants will create a draft, and later we can work on it to make it "official".
- to promote an artistic mash-up.

We are planning to have 2 trainers: one will be an artist from the network, the other will be Davide, an Italian actor in theatre and youth worker with youngsters with special needs. He has already been workshop-leader in DfP Youth Exchanges.
